The DataTech Group was able to provide a solution to excessive strain on telecommunication systems, enabling company leaders to make confident, growth-oriented decisions. Many companies lose new and existing customers due to excessive missed calls. Their telecommunication networks become saturated and additional calls are simply rejected. Unfortunately, without the ability to track the volume of rejected calls, company leaders are unable to accurately project additional telecommunication needs. Paralyzed by a lack of information, they continue to lose business. The challenge resided in extracting client-specific information from central offices carrying massive amounts of data from countless sources. True to our emphasis on experience, focus, and value, we developed software for Bell South capable of extracting specific customer information from telecommunications central offices. This breakthrough technology enabled BellSouth’s corporate clients to track and analyze individual level bottlenecks in their telecommunication systems. More importantly, our solution contained automated processes and cross-vendor capabilities for ease of use in any central office environment. Overall, we succeeded in empowering BellSouth clients with the ability to make pinpoint decisions aimed at improving their telecommunication environment, resulting in better customer service, retention of existing customers, and improvements to their return on investment. |
